$45,770 supports research initiative for food processors centre


Sainte-Marie, QC – The Centre de service en recherche-developpement de Chaudiere-Appalaches (CSRD-CA) is receiving $45,770 in funding from the federal government to provide direct services to Chaudiere-Appalaches enterprises operating in the food processing sector.

The mandate of the CSRD-CA is to support food processors and agricultural producers by providing them with guidance services to initiate and successfully negotiate the shift toward research and development.

Through a strategic alliance with Almas Agrinova and Saint-Hyacinthes Cintech college technology transfer centres, the CSRD-CA will provide information, training and technical assistance services to enterprises to help them develop and implement technological innovation projects in the agricultural and agri-food sectors.
