System detects interaction partners for membrane proteins

Ubiquitin is a small protein modifier that is conserved in all eurkaryotes and plays a primary role in protein degradation. That’s the basis for the Dualmembrane System from Dualsystems Biotech, which is designed for detecting novel interaction partners from member proteins. It can be used for detecting pairwise protein interactions, identifying novel protein interactions by cDNA library screening, investigation ternary complexes, and map interaction domains. The system is available in a kit, and is also offered as a screening service by the company. Dualsystems Biotech AG
