The OBIS CORE LS offers the reliability and performance of Coherent’s Optically-Pumped Semiconductor Laser (OPSL) technology in a new, scaled-down package optimized for analytical instrumentation of all kinds.
The OBIS CORE LS measures a miniscule 52 mm x 27 mm x 12 mm — a volume reduction of 84% relative to the standard OBIS — but delivers steady output power and beam quality at a variety of biologically useful wavelengths ranging from 488 nm to 594 nm.
The miniaturized lazer is suitable for ultra-compact, laser-based optical subsystems due to its size, reduced heat load, and integrated smart electronics, as well as the high reliability and performance of OPSL technology. Coherent, Inc.
