Workstation offers eight methods for nucleic extraction

Using systems that can handle multiple tasks can be a big time-saver. Hamilton Robotics’ Genomic Starlet is an automated liquid handling station that extracts nucleic acids from biological samples and purifies PCR products in a non-IVD environment. It can run up to eight pre-installed protocols and accommodate different input samples including bacterial, eukaryotic cells, tissue, blood and plants. It offers real-time clot detection, uses no aerosols and has anti-droplet control to minimize contamination. Operators can easily switch between different kit vendor protocols. Hamilton Robotics
