Re-usable PTFE dialysis equipment is designed for equilibrium dialysis, regular dialysis or electro-elution. The units cover volumes of 25µl, 50µl, 100µl, 250µl, 500µl, 1000µl and 1500µl and have been redesigned to provide larger membrane surface areas to increase dialysis speeds 3 to 5 times. They consist of double-sided chambers sealable with another chamber plus 2 solid caps or simply with 2 open caps for use with separate membranes between them. Open main chambers facilitate sample introduction and withdrawal. The entire unit can be placed in a temperature-controlled device for even faster dialysis times.
