Service in Canada to improve for Lytron customers


Woburn, MA – March 19, 2004 – Chillers and cooling systems supplier Lytron says it has partnered with Carmichael Engineering to open a service depot in Mississauga, ON.

The depot centre will service Lytron’s system products including its chillers and modular cooling systems for customers throughout Canada.

Benefits will include faster turnaround time on repairs, and elimination of the cost and time of shipping product to Lytron’s headquarters in the US. Customers will now also receive 24-hour response time for on-site calls and maximum 48-hour turnaround time on depot repairs, the company says. Spare parts will be stored at the Mississauga site.
