New health sciences centre gets $100M funding commitment


Regina, SK – $100 million in funding has been promised to the University of Saskatchewan’s new Academic Health Sciences Centre by the province’s government.

The university says its new Academic Health Sciences Centre will be organized around an integrated training model that will have the different faculties working collaboratively, sharing training and lab space. The goal is to ensure that health sciences graduates continue to be trained in a top-quality environment.
