Furniture maker launches new lab division

Haverhill, MA – Furniture-manufacturer Pro-Line has announced that it is spinning off a new division called Hatfield Laboratory Furniture and Laboratory Tables that will specialize in laboratory furniture.

The company has long been a provider of industrial and laboratory workbenches and cabinets.

“The reason we are marketing our new division under the Hatfield Lab Furniture name is to make it easier for our customers to identify those products that have been designed and manufactured for laboratory use,” says Bob Simmons, the company’s vice president.

The company’s furniture comes with modular designs that allow users to configure their labs to meet specific requirements. Products include traditional steel casework, islands and hanging cabinets, as well as freestanding and wall cabinets, with sound-deadening doors and drawers, stainless steel pulls and hinges. Cabinets come in three heights, and 10 standard powder coat paint colour choices. Work surface choices include chemical-resistant laminate, epoxy resin and Phenolic resin and stainless steel, among others.
