Toronto, ON – The Ontario provincial government has announced the results of this year’s Early Researcher Awards and its ORF – Research Infrastructure program.
It says it is providing more than $11 million to support 80 emerging researchers and their teams at 16 institutions across Ontario through the Early Researcher Awards program, with lead researchers receiving up to $140,000 through the program.
The through the infrastructure program, it is providing nearly $18 million in research infrastructure projects at universities and research hospitals across the province, supporting 104 projects and more than 1,300 researchers at 14 institutions.
